Chatbot's Personality feature allows brands and Enterprises to model different take on engagement with customers. Chatbot multiple personalities messaging enables heterogeneous communication with the user which allows better communication and adds human-like personality to the chatbot.

Configure Multiple Responses

Multiple message responses can be provided by adding a | (pipe) separator between individual responses. There are 2 places where multiple personality messages can be added.
