Launching Live Chat Software


The Live Chat Software can be launched through AmplifyReach Catalyst Platform, follow the below steps

  • Login to AmplifyReach Catalyst Platform
  • Go to Bot Studio -> Deployment

  • Each deployed conversations hold a link to Live Chat Software. Click the same to launch the Live Chat Software.

Tip: Single instance of Live Chat Software handles all the deployed conversations for an account.

Login to Live Chat Software


The first launch to Live Chat Software has an admin account enabled which is defaulted to the same credentials as your AmplifyReach Catalyst Platform account when you first deployed a conversation.

Username
Use your AmplifyReach Catalyst Platform account email address, without the domain name.

Example:
If your AmplifyReach Catalyst Platform, account id is abc@xyz.com
Then use “abc” as your username for Live Chat Software.

Password
The password is defaulted to your AmplifyReach Catalyst Platform account password, when you first deployed an conversation. The passwords of AmplifyReach Catalyst Platform and Live Chat Software are separately managed. So, updating your password of AmplifyReach Catalyst Platform won’t affect your Live Chat Software password and vice versa.
