Agent terminal helps you with

  • Manage handover chats from chat bot.
  • Monitor live chats between customers and bot.
  • Analyze traffic, bot managed chats, agent managed chats, a breakup of agents utilization, etc.
  • Agents management like adding additional Agents

Launching Agent Terminal

The agent terminal can be launched through AmplifyReach Catalyst Platform, follow the below steps

  • Login to AmplifyReach Catalyst Platform
  • Go to Bot Studio -> Deployment

  • Each deployed conversations hold a link to Agent Terminal. Click the same to launch the Agent terminal.

Tip: Single instance of Agent Terminal handles all the deployed conversations for an account.

Login to agent terminal

The first launch to agent terminal has an admin account enabled which is defaulted to the same credentials as your AmplifyReach Catalyst Platform account when you first deployed a conversation.

Use your AmplifyReach Catalyst Platform account email address, without the domain name.

If your AmplifyReach Catalyst Platform, account id is
Then use “abc” as your username for Agent terminal.

The password is defaulted to your AmplifyReach Catalyst Platform account password, when you first deployed an conversation. The passwords of AmplifyReach Catalyst Platform and agent terminal are separately managed. So, updating your password of AmplifyReach Catalyst Platform won’t affect your agent terminal password and vice versa.
