Monitoring Chats


Overview


AmplifyReach Agent Terminal helps to monitor the live active chats happening between chat bot or agents with customers. To view all the live active chats, launch “Chat Tabs” from the menu.

Live Online Chats


The active tab shows you all the live chats currently in-progress between chat bot / agents with customers.

The chat screen shows the content of the chat between chat bot/agents with customers.

The agent can just monitor the chat and not intervene in the chat which is happening between chat bot / another agent. This screen shows all the live conversation in action.

The information screen help identify source of the conversation with other meta information about the chat.
