Chat transcript feature allows the customer to request for the chat transcript / details to their email address.
Customers can request chat transcripts through chat widget by clicking on the settings icon and selecting the email option, as shown below.
Customer needs to provide the email address and click on Send for the transcript to be delivered by email, as shown in the image below.
Agent can set mail options to set sender address, default email and sender name by clicking on Settings → System → Mail settings and then provide the respective values.
